Beyond important safety features like soft roll fronts, PVC edges, and construction that minimizes chipping and delamination, we include our corporate commitment to "Green" manufacturing.
Though environmental regulations for furnishings have yet to be standardized, Corilam builds sustainability into every product we make. Our furniture is produced using EPP (Environmentally Preferred Products) certified materials. EPP - certified materials are manufactured using recycled/recovered wood fiber and have low formaldehyde emissions compliant with CARB-1 standards.
Our laminating process uses water-based adhesive that eliminates VOC emissions. "Green"production practices include the reuse and recycling of metals, cardboard packaging, plastic containers and papers.
