High Pressure Laminate Top
Industrial grade minimum 45 lbs density EPP - certified flakeboard surfaced with Wilsonart high pressure
laminate. Backer applied for balanced construction. Front edge is a postformed, rolled edge. All other edges are
banded with durable 3mm pvc guarding against impact and moisture penetration. Top, bottom and corner
edges are rounded for soft feel and safety.

Side, Back and Bottom Panels
Full 3/4” thick thermofused melamine board constructed using minimum 45 lbs density EPP - certified
flakeboard with surfacing applied to both faces providing excellent scratch, stain, and impact resistance. Front
edges of side and bottom panels finished with matching .020 pvc. Bottom edges are banded to prevent moisture
absorption and act as a glide to prevent damage. All exposed edges are edgebanded. Bedside cabinets have rear
vent holes to reduce odors and mildew. Backs of Armoire’s and Wardrobes use a 5/16” laminated back panel
using dado construction reinforces with 3/4” top, middle, and bottom stretchers.

Doors and Drawer Fronts
Full 3/4” thick panel constructed using minimum 45 lbs density EPP certified flakeboard and laminated using
Wilsonart high pressure laminate with a backing sheet applied for balanced construction. Vertical edges are
postformed under heat and pressures to provide a smooth, seamless, radiused edge with excellent impact
resistance. Door hinges are fully concealed, self-closing, 110-degree European style hinge.

Shelving
Full 3/4” thick thermofused melamine board constructed using minimum 45 lbs density EPP certified flakeboard.
Front edges are banded with 020 pvc to match the interior surface. Shelves over 28 1/2” long are a full 1” thick
to guard against deflection. Shelves are adjustable and lock securely into place using 300 lb capacity shelf clips.

Case Construction and Packaging
All end panels, backs, bottoms, and stretchers are hardwood doweled, glued and factory assembled using CNC
precision machining and pneumatically controlled case clamp assembly to guarantee permanent tight joints.
Large units such as Armoires and Wardrobes have additional metal fasteners and have two adjustable base
levelers located in the front corner of each cabinet. Tops are securely fastened using #8 wood screws and can be
removed. Each unit is protected using hardboard corners and shrink wrapped for protection. Depending on type
of shipment, units may be hand loaded or palletized and securely banded.
